Inserting aerosol valve into can, if this work done by operator, it is a very mechanical and low technology work. How it works:

Two different options for aerosol product manufacturers about the automatic valve inserting machine, magnetic type or mechanical type.

Magnetic type is with valve sorter in magnetic working conception. Tin plate aerosol valves are poured into the machine hopper, and valves are rotary sorted under the magnetic force, only correctly positioned valves are fed into guide way and delivered to automatic valve placing head by compressed air blow.

Mechanical type is to sort the valves by some spring plates, they guide the valve cups into a groove on the rotary plate and then fed sorted valves into the guide way, next process is the same as the magnetic one.

Comparison:

Comparing the two automatic valve inserting machine, the advantage for magnetic type is that it allows a maximum length of the valve dip tube up to 280mm, and for some other special products like Carnival sprayer, which are with even taller can, the customization is available to achieve the maximum dip tube length up to 410mm. The advantage for the mechanical type is that it can handle both tin plate and aluminum plate valves.

Beside the valve placing head, there is one more working head for valve presence checking. If there is a valve, a pre-pressing is acted by the machine to get ready for the crimping process, but if there is valve missing, machine will stop automatically.

This machine is an ideal investment for an production line in automatic running idea, it works in high efficiency and saves manpower. While the machine itself is not costive.
